OLYMPIA BREWERY
The City of Tumwater asked Johnson Oaklief Architecture and Planning and Lorig Associates to lead a visioning and conceptual design analysis of the Olympia Brewery. The goal was to draw out public comment on the redevelopment options of this landmark site, identify opportunities and risks for redevelopment and give guidance to the city in their efforts to seek redevelopment partners. Our work has led to the identification of an investment team that will bring the Brewery a new life and an active role within the Tumwater community.
