LIBRARY PLACE
Situated amidst historic landmarks including the Everett Public Library, Library Place began with a street scape and building massing that was well designed, creating an integrated mix of pedestrian oriented residential flats and town-homes as well as pedestrian oriented retail. The interior of the site created a private courtyard that captures maximum daylight with the shorter townhouse structures located along the south side of the block and the larger tower wrapping the block on the north-east side. This provides for some stadium style views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains.
