PIKE PLACE MARKET CREAMERY
The Pike Place Market Creamery redevelopment master plan was a feasibility and conceptual design study for a new mixed-use building on an infill lot at Pike Place Market. The complex program includes a childcare center, a senior center, a community-supported agricultural market facility, affordable housing, PDA offices and commercial/retail spaces. Our services included programming of the senior center and childcare facilities, site planning and building massing studies, cost estimation and support of funding applications.
