Located in the Trace North Building along the Pike/Pine corridor, Old Sage was retrofitted to an already multifunctional design by Johnson Oaklief Architecture and Planning.
In that concept the ground floor retail spaces, the residential lobby and forecourt areas have been designed to create and enhance the active street life in this neighborhood. The Old Sage is a success story where the interior layout accommodates a wide range of potential hospitality uses.
