Our core philosophy of architectural practice is to find the most imaginative, appropriate and cost-effective solutions that meet the highest standards of design and amenity.  Throughout our practice, we have worked on and enjoyed the challenge of highly complex and programmatically difficult projects.  Above all, we approach each project as an opportunity to provide legacy of good buildings in our community and to create a noteworthy design.

Our experience includes design work for corporate, institutional, private and non-profit sector clients throughout the Puget Sound region.  Of particular importance is the skill we have acquired in managing all phases of the planning, design and development process, and in the relationships we have established with local officials and agencies in the region.  Participation on many public commissions and committees has provided us strong skills in working with local communities and stakeholders, as well as enhanced our awareness of the complex regulatory environment, helping us accurately define a project's development possibilities.
